1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or publishing on B Store you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information.
3. Publishing apps
You must own or have the rights to every file you upload. Every app must include a real description and developer or company name. All submissions are reviewed and may be approved, rejected, or removed by an administrator.
4. Prohibited content
Malware, spyware, pirated or cracked software, illegal, hateful, or adult content, and apps that collect data without consent are strictly forbidden and will lead to removal and account suspension.
5. Downloads
Downloads are free and require no account. Apps are provided by third-party publishers; B Store does not guarantee their safety or function. Install at your own risk.
6. Fees
Publishing is currently free. If your app is missing required details, you will be notified by email and have 10 days to update your listing. Apps that break these Terms, or that are not fixed within the given time, may be removed. Removed apps can be re-submitted and published again for a re-listing fee of $5 (USD).
7. Analytics & privacy
We record views and downloads, including country, browser, and traffic source, to provide real statistics to publishers. We do not sell personal data.
8. Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts or apps that violate these Terms at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
